Prime Time Shine did an excellent job! I reached out to them on behalf of a family memeber. They were very timely coming out to walk the perimeter of the house, assess needs, make recommendations, and quoted a reasonable price. Algae, mildew & dirt

Low-pressure washing treats organic buildup and surface soil on suitable siding.

Chalky oxidation

An ordinary house wash does not automatically remove oxidation. We inspect and explain the difference before cleaning.

Worn paint or siding

Existing damage and failing finishes affect the method and may remain visible afterward.

How we care for your property
  1. Walk the property. We identify siding materials, oxidation, access limits, open windows, and areas that need extra care.
  2. Prepare and protect. Nearby surfaces and landscaping are considered before the cleaning solution is applied.
  3. Soft wash and rinse. Low pressure and an appropriate cleaning mix loosen organic buildup, followed by a controlled rinse.
  4. Final walkthrough. We check the exterior, rinse remaining residue, and review the finished result with you.

Soft washing relies on the cleaning solution and dwell time—not force—to do the heavy work. It is the preferred approach for most siding. Existing oxidation, failing paint, permanent staining, and construction defects may remain visible after cleaning and are discussed before work begins.

Yes when the solution, pressure, and rinse are matched to the surface. We inspect first and avoid aggressive pressure on siding.

How often should a house be washed in Wisconsin?
