Prime Time Shine did an excellent job! I reached out to them on behalf of a family memeber. They were very timely coming out to walk the perimeter of the house, assess needs, make recommendations, and quoted a reasonable price. They arrived on time and removed all of the dirt, mold, mildew, and staining from the siding, brickwork, pavers, and bench making everything sparkle after years of deferred maintenance. Debris removal

Leaves and loose buildup are cleared from accessible gutter channels.

Downspout-flow check

Accessible downspouts are checked for visible drainage. Underground drainage and repairs are separate.

Exterior brightening

Dark runoff lines on gutter faces require a different treatment and are quoted separately.

How we care for your property
  1. Inspect access. We review roofline height, slope, gutter guards, power lines, and other access considerations.
  2. Remove buildup. Loose debris is cleared from accessible gutter channels and collected from the work area.
  3. Check flow. Visible downspouts are checked for drainage through the accessible system.
  4. Brighten if selected. Exterior gutter-face treatment is quoted separately when ordinary rinsing will not remove the lines.

Gutter cleaning covers the accessible roofline system. Underground drainage, repairs, guard removal, ice dams, and concealed plumbing issues may require separate work. Exterior brightening is a different process from debris removal and should be requested when cosmetic staining is a concern.

Not automatically. Interior debris removal and exterior cosmetic brightening solve different problems, so we quote the work your gutters need.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Many Wisconsin homes need spring and fall checks. Homes below mature trees may need service more often.

Do you repair leaking gutters?

Gutter cleaning does not automatically include repairs. Point out leaks or damage when requesting an estimate so we can confirm which work we can help with.

How should I prepare?
