They were very timely coming out to walk the perimeter of the house, assess needs, make recommendations, and quoted a reasonable price. They arrived on time and removed all of the dirt, mold, mildew, and staining from the siding, brickwork, pavers, and bench making everything sparkle after years of deferred maintenance. Dirt & organic growth

Cleaning can lift ordinary soil and organic film from suitable concrete surfaces.

Oil, rust & mineral marks

Deep or old stains may need specialty treatment and can remain partly visible.

Pavers & worn concrete

We assess joint material, cracks, spalling, and surface condition before choosing pressure.

How we care for your property
  1. Evaluate stains. We identify ordinary soil, organic growth, oil, rust, efflorescence, and other stains that respond differently.
  2. Pre-treat. Appropriate buildup is treated before pressure is applied.
  3. Clean evenly. The surface is washed with equipment and pressure selected for the condition of the concrete.
  4. Rinse and review. Edges, surrounding surfaces, and loose residue are rinsed before the finished surface is checked.

Not every stain can be erased. Old oil, rust, fertilizer marks, paint, and deep mineral staining may require specialty treatment and can remain partly visible. Existing cracks, spalling, loose joint sand, or fragile pavers are noted before work.

Questions about concrete cleaning?

Can pressure washing remove oil stains?

It can improve many oil stains, but absorbed oil may not disappear completely. Stain age, concrete porosity, and prior treatments affect the result.

Do you clean pavers?

Yes, after evaluating their condition and joint material. Loose or failing surfaces may need a gentler process or separate restoration.

Will concrete cleaning make the surface safer?

Removing algae and organic film can improve traction, but it does not repair worn, sealed, icy, or structurally damaged concrete.

How should I prepare?

Point out oil, rust, cracks, loose pavers, and any prior sealing when requesting your quote.
